Copyright And Trademarks

This Site is owned and operated by DK Ambassador and the information and materials appearing on the Site (“the Content”) are displayed for personal. None of the Content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written permission of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading of one copy of extracts from the Site on any single computer for personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are kept intact.

“Intellectual Property”: includes copyright, all rights conferred under French law in relation to registered and unregistered trade marks (including names, labels, get-up, colour schemes, logos, patterns or other identifying marks), registered and unregistered designs, Confidential Information, trade secrets, and all other rights resulting from intellectual activity in the commercial, literary or artistic fields, together with all right, interest, or licence in or to any of the foregoing from being copied, reproduced, duplicated in all or in part when such copies, reproductions or duplications.

Ownership

This agreement does not transfer any Intellectual Property Right, namely industrial property rights (know-how, trademarks, designs) and literary and artistic property rights (website, software, graphics, drawings, texts, music, logos, pictures, videos …) or any other elements belonging to one of the parties to the other.

Trademark licence

DK Ambassador is the owner of the French trademarks DK Ambassador and Sommet International de la mode concept registered at INPI, a copy of which is attached in appendix “Trademarks” hereto.
